Les cours de Yoga sont disponible gratuitement pour tous nos clients. Chaque jour de la semaine entre entre 7 et 8h du matin, notre professeur est disponible pour vous.

Our teacher as won the All India Yoga Competition and she can easily adapt to your existing level of Yoga and help you progress slowly and serenely.

Historically yoga was more than just a method of teaching; it was a way of life. You dedicated yourself to a lifestyle and culture that surpassed meditation techniques and included healthy eating habits, bathing habits, social interaction and work. Its philosophy is rooted in a physical culture of health and well-being that is still emphasised today and explains why over 15 million people in the world now practise this ancient tradition.

Every yoga asana (pose) has a different name and includes standing postures, seated twists, backbends, arm balances, inversions and core holds. The downward facing dog for example, is in itself said to calm the brain, energise the body, improve digestion, strengthen arms and legs and be therapeutic for high blood pressure. Whilst these benefits come as a given with most postures, the practise of yoga as a whole gives many more benefits than you might think…

Meditation is for everyone, and it’s different for everyone. There is no right or wrong way of doing it. There are many reasons why people meditate. For some it is part of a spiritual journey and has to do with expansion of awareness and how they perceive and experience life. Some simply want to relax, and this benefit of meditation is self-evident. Other people are interested in the benefits of meditation for health and general well-being

Physical Benefits of Meditation

With meditation, the physiology undergoes a change and every cell in the body is filled with more prana (energy). This results in joy, peace, enthusiasm as the level of prana in the body increases.

Lowers high blood pressure, lowers the levels of blood lactate, reducing anxiety attacks, decreases any tension-related pain, such as, tension headaches, ulcers, insomnia, muscle and joint problems. Increases serotonin production that improves mood and behavior, improves the immune system, increases the energy level, as you gain an inner source of energy

Meditation brings the brainwave pattern into an Alpha state that promotes healing. The mind becomes fresh, delicate and beautiful. With regular practice of meditation:

Anxiety decreases, emotional stability improves, creativity increases, happiness increases, intuition develops, gain clarity and peace of mind, problems become smaller, meditation sharpens the mind by gaining focus and expands through relaxation. A sharp mind without expansion causes tension, anger and frustration. An expanded consciousness without sharpness can lead to lack of action/progress. The balance of a sharp mind and an expanded consciousness brings perfection.
